United Airlines hangar
A commercial coating over 50,000 sq ft of hangar slab, run day and night to hand the space back on schedule. Line work and equipment cutouts detailed around live aircraft operations.

The full service floor ground down and rebuilt with a two-broadcast quartz system, finished in under a week around the shop's schedule. Lift bases, drains and bay lines detailed in place.

Five inches of self-leveler removed
A failed 5-inch self-leveler topping demolished off 10,000 sq ft, the slab ground down, patched with new concrete and the whole floor re-leveled before coating.
